Kaiser Catering Guidelines

When you arrange catering with Morrison our friendly and courteous staff assures the success of your function. The following information will be helpful in planning your function:

To serve you in the best possible manner, we request at least two working days’ notice for any catering function to guarantee your specific order and time. Catering orders with less than 24 hours’ notice will be based on product and staff availability. Same day orders will be charged a late order fee of $10.00.

All deliveries include disposable utensils, paper ware and all necessary condiments. Our professional catering attendants will set and clean up all food items. Please contact the catering department if you require catering off-site. Catering delivered to off-site venues are subject to delivery fees.

To facilitate accurate billing, please be sure to complete all of the billing information on the Kaiser catering order form. We bill all functions when the order is accompanied with a valid Charge Number. We also accept cash, American Express, MasterCard or Visa. Please call our Catering Manager to receive any updated catering information.

Our regular catering hours are from 7:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday.

All cancellations must be received in writing in our office at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of your event. Same day cancellations may result in charge of full purchase price.
